staff to understand what has

Predictive maintenance
While preventive maintenance
can help keep problems at bay,

ability to identify when a piece
of equipment is likely to break
down before it happens.
By tracking slowly building
errors or problems, CMMS can
alert a technician to a potential

with an unscheduled problem.
