items and capital equipment without
sacrificing space. All shelves are on a
track system so James can take them
down and rearrange to suit his needs.
“I can load anything I want onto this
truck and I pretty much have over the
years,” he says.
James keeps his A/C tools and air tools
together. He says he sells a lot of Milwaukee
cordless tools, and has displays for these,
as well as hammers, pry bars and knives.
“If someone takes something off the shelf
and purchases it, I can immediately put
something back in that spot to where my
shelves never ever have an empty spot,”
James says.

The main customer entrance on the Freightliner is behind the rear axle. To the left of
this entrance is James’ workspace and computer. “I’m always at the back of the truck
where the door, is so they can get on the truck and walk to the front; which took a little
while for everyone to get used to because it’s just the opposite of every other tool truck,”
he says.
